6/22/01. *Borsalino K foals are drawing rave
reviews and this outstanding young stallion is no exception. *Borsalino
K spent only one breeding season in the United States before going back to
Brazil and he is now in Italy. Borsalino Bey is one of his very few U.S. born
foals. With Borsalino Bey's dam being an
awesome moving homozygous black daughter of our NV Beau Bey, and his sire being out
of the great Huckleberry Bey daughter, Keepsake V, it is no surprise that Borsalino
Bey is a fantastic moving stallion! Plus he is very typy and refined with big eyes
and a very expressive face, a long, fine, high-set neck and overall correct
conformation. Borsalino Bey is also a very smooth bodied stallion
with a short back, strong hip, and great topline. The photos just do not do him justice. We are very excited about this
beautiful young stallion!
We
are very excited about the consistent quality of Borsalino Bey's first
foals (four are pictured below)! We are so
impressed with what Borsalino Bey is siring that we bred him to some of
our best mares in 2005. His 2006 foals include two absolutely
stunning, tall, homozygous black colts out of an NV Beau Bey daughters, and
an awesome bay colt who is very typy, tall, and flashy. Borsalino
Bey's first foal to be shown has been Reserve Champion in his first two
shows and Region IV Top Five Two Year Old Gelding in his third show!
One of Borsalino Bey's 2006 colts, Borameer Bey has just been sold to
England!
